GiveNOLA Day 2024

May 7th is GiveNOLA Day 2024!

Early giving is underway! Click here to make a donation to Market Umbrella for GiveNOLA Day.

GiveNOLA Day is a 24-hour event hosted by the Greater New Orleans Foundation to celebrate generosity and the nonprofits that work to make our region a thriving community for all.

Market Umbrella’s GiveNOLA Day goal: $20,000

GiveNOLA Day donations support the Crescent City Farmers Market, which hosts more than 75 farmers, fishers, ranchers, beekeepers, bakers, and other food businesses who provide fresh and local food for a growing number of New Orleans families. CCFM serves as a fresh food access point, hosts an array of community programs, and provides space for people to bond over a shared love of delicious food.

Each year, we look forward to GiveNOLA Day, when we connect with community members who share our love of local food and want to help us increase fresh food access.

Market Umbrella will celebrate GiveNOLA Day at the Tuesday Uptown market on May 2nd. Join us for live music, a cooking demo, baby goats, and delicious local food provided by CCFM vendors. While you’re at market, stop by the GiveNOLA Day table to learn more about our programs and the impact of your contribution. Donate and help us meet our goal by clicking here!
