Documenting the Flowering of Public Markets
Public markets are everywhere: from Arizona to Zimbabwe. Often overlooked as insignificant vestiges of informal economies, instead we see in them possibilities -- for growing capital. Combining innovative community organizing methods with scientific rigor, we launched an international research fellowship to evaluate if and how public markets build social trust.
